PLEASE NOTE:
- A signed booking form with a deposit of AUD $1200 per person is required to confirm your reservation for the Gallipoli Yacht Rally
- Deposits and final balance of the booking fee is to be paid to Travelscene Mona Vale 10/20 Bungan Street Mona Vale NSW 2103
- Deposits and final payments paid by credit cards will incur a fee of 1.9%
- Your selected yacht will be confirmed after receiving the deposit from each crew member
- Final payments are due on the 4th February 2010
- Deposits are refundable less AUD $600 per person up to 60 days prior to departure
- Cancellations within 60 days of Rally departure date from Australia may incur 100% cancellation fees. Cancellations must be advised in writing
- A refundable security deposit is payable by participants upon hand-over of the yachts at embarkation
- All ticketing and vouchers for travel, transfers, tours and accommodation for the Gallipoli Yacht Rally is handled by Travelscene Mona Vale 10/20 Bungan Street Mona Vale NSW 2103
- Travel insurance is highly recommended and is available from Travelscene Mona Vale
- Proof of appropriate sailing experience and competency of the skipper and mate is to be provided as a requirement of the bareboat yacht charter
